异常出色的作品。Don Siegel干练硬朗的风格下居然掩藏着极为细腻的剧本结构：开篇就确立了简洁的叙事风格，人物对白没有任何感情渲染，非常干净，悬念一直保持到最后，但真正让这部作品发光的是Dancer和轮椅男会面戏：Dancer一直盯着对方，试图解释任务失败原由，轮椅男全程面无表情无回应，甚至都不屑于看Dancer一看，只在最后吐出一句“你死定了”，接着夺过袋子，顺势拍在Dancer脸上，“还不快滚！”，Dancer感觉被那股由上至下的力量无情碾压，自己竟如蝼蚁一般，来试图解释从而乞求理解的行为更是无比可笑，这一瞬间升华表现人在制度化**下的无力及反抗，从而超越题材本身。喜欢那对母女，虽然水族馆的台词设计male gaze颇令人出戏，但演员表演真的很精彩。
